Group Workshop &  Private Event Request​


    ​Tell Me About Your Organization.


    WorkShop Request

     All group workshops require audio and visual equipment and a minimum of 15 attendees. The workshops last approximately 50 minutes with 10 minutes dedicated to Q&A. The cost for each workshop is $400 when hosted within Los Angeles or Orange Counties. For workshops outside of this area, there is an additional fee for travel expenses.   SELECT N/A FOR PRIVATE EVENT REQUEST 

    Private Event Request

    Private events are hosted at select retailers at South Coast Plaza or Beverly Center. Host retailer is based on group size, type of event, and date availability. Private events are at no cost to your organization.  The retailer will provide food and beverage and all hospitality arrangements with the requirement that your organization is the shopping demographic of the retailer. This is a private shopping event with the understanding that your group will shop during the event.  Guest list minimum of 20 with a max of 30.  SELECT N/A FOR WORKSHOP REQUEST

     WORKSHOPS: 1 MONTH MINIMUM  LEAD TIME
    PRIVATE EVENTS:  3-6 MONTHS MINIMUM  LEAD TIME
